Bookings will be confirmed only upon availability of rooms and against the advance payment. Credit Card details entered while booking are for deduction of 50% of the advance payment of the room tarrif. The customer has to pay the remaining sum of the room rent on arrival. |

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings will be confirmed against an advance
payment of 50% towards the full amount.This amount
is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled
7days prior to the date of arrival. |

Rooms booked for longer durations of upto 1-3
months, or for residency projects, require a 50%
advance payment, if the booking is made six months
in advance. This amount is non-refundable if the
booking is cancelled 1 month prior to the date
of arrival. |
